The innovative idea is quite simple actually, to build a 10-50 story tower in all major cities that filters our air from smog. It'll put thousands of people to work building them and thousands of people to work on upkeep. We can even have parts of the tower that turn carbon dioxide into oxygen by taking the carbon out of it when the technology has gotten that far. If we pollute the air we need to clean it, if we are chopping down all of our trees and still overpopulating we'll need more oxygen. I am not looking for money for this, it'll be something that our tax dollars would go to with a big benefit in return. I hope one day someone will read this with the utmost support to get it started, because I don't want our future generations to tell stories on how people once were able to see stars in the sky and walk outside without a mask on.
