A way to save our future air

The innovative idea is quite simple actually, to build a 10-50 story tower in all major cities that filters our air from smog.  It'll put thousands of people to work building them and thousands of people to work on upkeep.  We can even have parts of the tower that turn carbon dioxide into oxygen by taking the carbon out of it when the technology has gotten that far.  If we pollute the air we need to clean it, if we are chopping down all of our trees and still overpopulating we'll need more oxygen.  I am not looking for money for this, it'll be something that our tax dollars would go to with a big benefit in return.  I hope one day someone will read this with the utmost support to get it started, because I don't want our future generations to tell stories on how people once were able to see stars in the sky and walk outside without a mask on.  That you for reading and for your considerations.

Atlantis the bazaar under city, the arc reactor is explained within.

To start off Atlantis (the bazaar underground city) is a city of pure freedom and the currency is your belongings and anything that you make and are willing to trade, other currency is prohibited.  When first entering Atlantis you are given a CGCS (Command Generating Communicating Scanner).  The CGCS is just like a cell phone, but your CGCS number will never change.  After receiving your CGCS you will be able to view the free market and find a place to reside, for as long as you like.  Once you choose your whereabouts, you are now put in the system with your name, your CGCS #, and the place you reside, also anything you own that is trade applicable.   When browsing the CGC Bazaar, you will find all the information of every other CGCS trader in Atlantis, freedom of information.  You can program your CGCS to only be contacted from so and so time until so and so time.  Everything that is within the boundaries of Atlantis starts with a blank barcode, even the stuff not for sale.  When you scan your CGCS to this blank barcode it assesses that this object is now your possession, and the only way it can be under somebody else's possession is if you scan your CGCS, choose the erase option on your CGCS, and have them scan it with their CGCS, allowing it to now be one of their possessions.  Your CGCS is only accessible by yourself, this is possible by only allowing it to work through a finger print, retinal scanner, and voice conformation.  When receiving your CGCS you must also give a blood sample.  When leaving the bazaar you must leave your CGCS in a locker on the way out that only you and an Atlantis General Officers (an Atlantis General Officer will be explained further later on) CGCS can only open., because he needs your finger prints, retinal scanned, voice conformation, and a blood sample along with his scanning conformation for you to enter.  If your residence is vacant for 3 years then all he belongings within the residence is put in your storage locker and the residence is now back on the free market.  Every person gets one residence per ten years of living within Atlantis, and can change their residence at their own desire whenever they so choose.  Every residence is free to stay and cost nothing to live within.

With everything having a CGCS barcode on it, you can find he history of very item that's ever been traded for the item, every owner the item has been under the possession of, and the first person that carried the item, or the person that created the item, by using your CGCS.  With your CGCS you can also go on Atalntis Media Live (AML) and find out about all new information within the Bazaar, such as; newest news on new creations, big trades, new classes on creating new things, new sites to see or new things to vote on such as new sites to be built and so on.  Anything can be put on the voting system but must be voted first by the officers on whether it should then be voted by the people.  When voted by the officers if it's over 50% yes it should be voted on, it is then voted by the people and if its over 50% yes it then proceeds to happen.  There is no limit to how long or how many people can be an Officer or a General Officer.
Officers are the people helping the bazaar out of their own free will with no payment in return (teachers, medical personal, architects.  The General Officers are the ones that choose the judgement choices of someone causing a problem within he society.  Once the General officers reach a choice to what the citizens options are (one always being free, and one always being a large sentence, a middle choice, a choice between none and middle, and a choice between a large and the middle.)  It gets sent to the judgement log and all G.O. vote on it to choose a verdict to what shall happen to the citizen.

Guns will be allowed in Atlantis but will be registered to your CGCS and will only work with your fingerprint.  When the gun is fired it will send a signal to the Central General's Office which will then automatically be followed by a Gereral Officer (G.O.) reporting to the whereabouts of where that persons CGCS sent out the signal.  The central computer that registers when shots are fired it's what is publicized on the G.O. network which is always able to access by any civilian, freedom of information, all statements are recorded by all people that are apprehended separately and also the officer that arrived to the scene of the crime separately, without knowing the other peoples statements.  Once all statements are recorded they are publicized with any other information found to make a conviction, and is posted on the G.O. network to make a final judgement call.  The more severe the judgement call the more time that is given to make the final decision.

The G.O.'s are chosen by the people on the G.O. network voting system and the history of all judgement calls for every G.O. is posted on the G.O. network and any G.O. personal can be voted out at any time by the people for any reason.  Every G.O. has to pass a test and give a written explanation of why and what they can do for Atlantis which is posted on the G.O. voting network, along with never being criminalized, and is the voted whether or not they are voted in.  Any Officer has to pass a test and give written explanation to how they will teach and the knowledge they can give to be voted to whether or not they can become an Officer, for that act at that time.

The way people are convicted is their CGCS is taken from them and they are not allowed into Atlantis until they spend the time convicted outside of Atlantis, and cannot bring any of their belongings out of Atlantis until their time is up.

The G.O.'s and any other Officer gets apprehended for doing their duty to Atlantis.  Every five years you are an Officer you get a locker compensation refund, and yes you can build them up, which is after a locker is abandoned for more than five years, that means if a person is not within the bazaar for more than five years, it is handed over to the locker compensation fund and is welcomed to be taken by any officer, first come first serve.  After five years it goes into the locker compensation fund app on the CGCS, and any officer whose spent the acquired time helping, can claim the locker at hand.  If a civilian is convicted for a crime and cannot return to Atlantis for so and so time, their belongings are put on hold along with their locker and the five year locker compensation fund does not start until conviction ends.  If someone dies and no known family or friends are within the system it will go towards the fund.

All belongings that are brought into the bazaar cannot leave the bazaar.  So if you don't know if you wish to stay, don't bring things in that you don't wish to leave behind.

If you need help with building anything the person that wants it for themselves receives such item and all people helping must sign a contract, which is signed within the CGCS contract log.

Violations that are to be prosecuted are:
Destruction of property/belongings
Stealing someone's belongings
Murder
Intent to murder
Harming with intention of harming someone to hospitalization
Drug use/selling
Rape
Breaking and entering
Hacking with intent of damaging or changing the CGCS systeming
Removing and changing barcodes of objects (all objects have all history of that object in their barcodes and removing this purposefully to counterfeit an item is prohibited)
Purposely hurting animals that are not killed for food purposes, or not defending yourself from that animal hurting you.
Bringing items out of Atlantis

Accidents happen and are not to be prosecuted, but if the accident causes much harm to something or someone they are to pass a required test of authorization, and/or therapy if wanted, that they will know what to do next time this situation occurs.

Corporations and franchises do not exist but working together to create something for all the people is aloud.

Drugs that are aloud are:
Tobacco
Alcohol (moonshine included)
Weed
Mushrooms
Medical supplies

Grafitti is aloud throughout the entire city since graffiti is art, even on people's house.  But vulgar display of graffiti is a violation to others, and you can be prosecuted if the people you violated choose to prosecute that person.

Each house and transportational type of vehicle has an arc reactor in which I have designed to make.  It has unlimited electricityand never runs out.  It never needs an outlet to charge and never needs anything but a power switch to start working itself.

This is how the arc reactor works...

You take a turbine generator, which generates electricity by revolving a magnet 360° around a copper wire.  To rotate that magnet you put the turbine generator in the center of the arc reactor, and on the outskirts of the top half of it you have multiple magnets with a bearing system to let it revolve 360°, the bottom half is made exactly the same as the top half.  With the north half of the bottom part and the north half of the top part pushing one another in circles to revolve indefinitely until you separate them from each other enough, by pulling the top half up and the bottom half down and turning it off.  As the electricity is created it can electrically charge the magnets to move at more speeds, if needed.  As the turbine generator builds electricity, the positive output and negative output, are sent to another copper wire which lies on the outskirts of the device between the top and bottom halfs of the magnetic bearings system, creating an arc.  When this happens you can take this arc and take the electricity used to charge and/or use the electricity as needed for the applicable item.

The Zero Theory

In life there are positives and negatives, forward and backwards, outside and inside to anything, but where do these endless possibilities come from?  Well if you look at numbers there are positives and negatives that all revolve around one thing, zero.  So without zero, the concept of numbers could not exist.  So if you look at anything in life, what makes it have the capabilities to have endless possibilities towards it?  This is a question that can never be finished, because when you have found one answer it brings endless questions upon what it is that you discovered.  Its not that we live for one answer, it’s that we live to find another.

So what is possible in this endless opportunistic three-dimensional place that we exist.  This is where I can start to explain the concept of the zero theory.  Since we exist as an entity in this three-dimensional place, it can best be described in a three dimensional view.  In a three-dimensional view their is a x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis.  Each of which has an equal and opposite, but in a different type of view...  see if it's opposite, it doesn't make it a standard opposite in every procedure. Love and hate are opposites sometimes, and love and fear are opposites.. so is love and happiness. In a three-dimensional view their can be one point that you are looking to find or a picture with many points that portrays a three-dimensional view, of what it is that your looking for.  So the answer to what is possibility can be explained three-dimensionally with these six things.  This is and most of it is written up to five years ago,, my mind has grown much because of so.  These diagrams will explain how if one point is of opposite of another the grown in sequence as much as thee other opposites... if you pick a point on the line of the choice of emoticon, than the opposite is thus same distance on the line, when ones off the procedure is agitated. (refer to diagram 1A below): Entity and Cherish, I wrote this awhile back the non-entity is Cherish, Focus and Defocus, Potential and Decease.

Now that you can see the possibilities of something that is possible, I can explain further to what the zero theory is.  Throughout the rest of the explanation I’m only going to explain the positive outputs of what is possible.  But remember that in numbers zero is a start point that can create or destroy endless possibilities, and (not)impossibility, but Nothing!, is the opposite of possibility not impossibility although nothing is the furthest away from possible, it is still possible.  So possibly it is possible to see where the zero point would be and plays its part, just as zero would.  So in life when you think you have found a definite answer to something, that’s just because you haven’t looked far enough into what it is that you know.  This theory has endless positive outputs and inputs, negative outputs or inputs, and is indefinitely small and big, but within every good side there is still a bad side, and the same goes for the other way around.

Next I’m going to break down something that helped me find what I am as a human, which is Entity.  An Entity, at the moment of writing five years ago, is made up of these six qualities (refer to the diagram 1a below):  Existent and Non-Existent, Space and Unspacial, Time and Indefinite.

This diagram helped me, but I still asked myself, “What is it that I exist as?”  So another 3D spectrum on what I am as a human brought me to these six qualities:  Capable or incapable although fear is the furthest thing from capable it is still capable of overcoming., Empathy or Apathy, and Creation or Destruction (refer to diagram 2a below).  This diagram portrays all the choices you choose to make by the potential you put into them.  Although it says Existent above the diagram, it is not the aspect of all Existence.  It is only what drives a human to be Existable, five years ago to me.

Now I had a good understanding of what I am and do, but I decided to take this spectrum to one more level and broke down all the positive outlooks inside of this picture.  I broke down Empathy, Capability, and Creation, to understand why I make the choices I choose.  This is what I found to believe Empathy is (refer to diagram 3a): positive feeling or negative feeling, belief or disbelief, and intelligence and ignorance.  This is what I found to believe Capability is (refer to diagram 3b):  Willing or Unwilling, Attentive or Ignore, and Activeness or Inactiveness.  This is what I found to believe Creation is (refer to diagram 3c): Action or Thought, Construction or Deconstruction, Reality or Imagination.

 

These 18 entities are the base to the entity that I wish to partake or not to partake as, in every moment. This is as far as I broke down the spectrums for the moment.  But I did decide to take it one step further by asking myself a well thought out question, “During the interaction between myself and others, when a Possible Entity/Cherishment  is the Focus of the interaction, what makes it Potentially grow or Decease in Possibility.”  The answer that I came up with, is a math problem in itself.
Ill start with using Empathy’s spectrum as an example.  When one person’s Empathetical spectrum is a sphere that’s five inches in diameter, and another person’s spectrum is a sphere that’s three inches in diameter, the concept that’s mutual between the two people is a three-inch sphere.  Though it has the capability to grow to a five-inch sphere, through proper understanding.  But if that same someone with a five inch sphere has zero Apathy towards the subject and someone else’s spectrums are, zero,  but has a five-inch sphere in Apathy towards the situation, the concept thats mutual between the two is zeroed out.  Which brings the mutualness of the situation one spectrum above Empathy and Apathy, which is Non-Existent.  But the capability that this can grow to is a five inch sphere in either direction, Apathy and/or Empathy, for either of the two.  So when all the spectrums combined in a person, which makes them who they, are combined with another persons spectrums, it comes to the conclusive state of which the situation foregoes.

that was six years ago spheres are made up of wavelengths, those wavelengths are between the points of emoticon between the lines, these lines and wavelengths are spherical if emotion clouds judgement.  This judgement is as much us as our emotion and needs to be checked like an oil change til it smoothes out when needed to be worked on.

Invention 25 K.P.R. it's called,,,, the zero theory it uses.  The zero theory is something that allows thoughts to be significantly against another thought, in many ways than more than ever perceptual.  It makes you're hate to stand side by side from your love,,, or distances unpertainable to humans perceptual eye.... eyes have everything to do with the reading of this device...  see the kpr stands for Kinesis Psychological Scanner.  And you wear them like glasses.  They read zero theory Spectrums which are set to infinitely universal communications between all species, including electronics, the k.p.r. is an electronic, electronic eye reader that is... what doesn't have an eye to see our miraculous standards.  What makes us who we are in our heads you ask,,, if it were just emotions we would be lost as flunk.  So this divine device doesn't erase emotions it shows them for whom they are,,, it reads not only emotion but your option to change them becomes more of free at eye.,. With control of course.. schools for quickening our knowledge can envelope in new ways.. the reading has already begun, I just want you to have a chance at anything, at the cost of a donation, our lives can be changed...  Kinesis is of another element that is the psychological part of course... the Kinesis is of thee other eye to perceive, why is our brain different yet the same, on both sides we wonder over and over...  see they work like ying and Yang as one works with the other they grow together,, if one works alone, shameful recover is what we become.  Money will easily become available by the first fully understandmence tested people which get a chance at these first readers... the other side of our brain is called humanities talent,,, we are all givin it and it's way too obvious.  Reading.  Write? Listening perception of this writing is yours to take.  Perception what do you see that all others ignorantly ignore with you,, is it a dream, a ghost, a far off land.... do you write about them?  write them, do you listen to them, do you read on em, of course you perceive these things,, so what do you do to change the perceptions as humans, do you know what you do, or are we ignorant as humans,,, Kinesis parts are outdated...  how will we grow always listening or taking the next step with our eyes... it's not finished yet, please donate.......... if you can.

This is as far as I took the zero theory for the moment, but if you think about it, doesn’t this look like something that we’ve seen somewhere before.
